AI automation in Schagen

Around Schagen there are many companies that grew big while the office did not grow with them: agricultural companies and their suppliers, construction and installation, wholesale and transport. The trade runs fine, the paperwork lags behind. That is where I help.

What I see at companies around Schagen

A lot of work comes in by email and phone and is handled by hand by a few people in the office: orders, requests, invoices, planning. When someone is away, it waits. Software can take over that routine work, so it no longer depends on one person.

What I can automate

• Email automation: requests and orders recognised and prepared.
• Document processing with AI: invoices, packing slips and work orders read and filed.
• Planning automation: the planning moves along when the weather or a customer changes something.
• Web design: a new site for companies with a dated website.

More per sector: construction and installation, wholesale and transport and logistics.

Visiting in Schagen

I visit Schagen, Callantsoog, Sint Maarten, Warmenhuizen and the villages around them. A first conversation costs you nothing but an hour.

How does it start?

With a conversation, at your premises or on the phone. I listen to where the work gets stuck. Then I make an example with your own emails and documents, so you can see how it works before you decide anything. No trial period and no thick report.
