In a manufacturing company the automation is often in the machines, but not in the office. Orders, purchase confirmations, drawings, work instructions and quality documents are still handled by hand. That is what I build software for.

• Order confirmations and delivery dates from suppliers must be checked and tracked.
• New colleagues spend a long time looking for the right work instruction or procedure.

• Email automation: orders and requests are read and prepared as a draft.
• Document processing with AI: order confirmations, packing slips and certificates are read and checked for differences.
• Answers from your own documents: colleagues ask a question and get the answer from your work instructions, with the source.
• Quote automation: a request becomes a draft quote with your prices.
