What is AI automation?

AI automation is software that reads, sorts and prepares what you now do by hand. Think of an email that lands with the right department, data pulled from a delivery note, or a draft quote that is ready before anyone asked for it.

The difference from ordinary automation: AI understands text. A request does not have to sit in a fixed form. The software reads the email the way a colleague would.

What can I automate for you?

• Email: requests, complaints and invoices are recognised, routed and get a draft reply.
• Quotes and invoices: a request turns into a draft quote with your rates and terms.
• Planning: if someone drops out, the rest shifts along and customers know.
• Documents: delivery notes, work orders and certificates are read and filed in the right place.
• Overview: one screen for management that keeps itself up to date.
• Knowledge: colleagues ask a question and get an answer from your own documents, with the source attached.

How I work

I first listen to where the work gets stuck. Then I build an example with your own emails, departments and colours, so you can try it yourself. If it fits, I build it for real. If it doesn't, you at least know where your time goes.

No trial period and no thick report up front. First a conversation, then a proposal made for you.

Who it is for

I mainly work for small and mid-sized companies with at least 50 employees in North Holland and the surrounding area, for example in maritime and offshore, construction and installation, transport, manufacturing, wholesale and business services. Anywhere a lot of manual work sits in a shared inbox, quote and order requests and documents.
